How soon after payment will my ebooks be available?

Ebooks will be send to your emailadress immediately.

Occasionally there may be a delay of a few minutes before the ebooks are released whilst waiting for a notification from a card provider or PayPal.

I didn’t receive an email after purchasing a book.

Some email services may put an mail from unrecognized senders in a ‘Spam’ or ‘Bulk Mail’ folder. Make sure your email service is set to accept mail from gotothailand.com. If you are still having problems email us at info@gotothailand.com and we’ll resend it.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay for your books directly with your Credit/Debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo) or if you require to use a different Credit/Debit card you can pay by setting up a PayPal account.

Alternatively, if you already have a PayPal account you can choose to pay for your books using that facility.

You are free to decide which payment option you’d prefer to use during the payment process.

What is your refund policy?

Not happy with your ebook? We’ll refund you if we receive your request within 14 days of the date of purchase.

When a refund is granted, we’ll remove access to the ebook and your money will be returned. To submit a refund request, please email info@gotothailand.com with your order number.

Why do I need to provide my billing address?

Your billing address is required by the company that validates your credit card number. This helps to protect you from unauthorized use of your card. For information on how we protect your personal information, see our privacy policy.
